Anonymous asked: Are any of the off-cycle internships non-local?

It always varies a bit based on student interest.  There is an internship committee that will send surveys to current students to see what the main interests are (location, function, project, etc…).  Location seems to be the main driver for people (everyone wants to go to Europe).  However, some people like me actually want to stay here.

Currently, we have 8 off cycle students.  There are 4 of us in the Boston area, 2 in Seattle, 1 in El Segundo, CA and 1 in Spain.  There were a few off-cycle internships that were not filled that were in Connecticut and Minneapolis and I believe California, but those just moved to on-cycle.
