Is the Health Care Systems track under the Engineering Systems, a part of the LGO Program?

As of right now, it is not. Thats a track for the 2 years master program solely in ESD. However, tracks are constantly being updated and changed given interests of current students. Last year there was an information and decision systems track added to the EECS major. Like many things in LGO, if you want it to happen, theres likely a way. A lot of my current classmates are interested in healthcare systems (including myself), so I think something like this will be inevitable.

My background: Dual degree from UConn through the Management and Engineering for Manufacturing program in 2007. A year in GE's financial management program working in supply chain and product development. Then two years with McKinsey & Company as an operations research analyst.
